Position Summary

As our HCM Implementation & Optimization Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients unlock the full potential of their Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. You’ll guide them through implementations, streamline processes, and optimize usage long after go-live. You’re part project wrangler, part systems whisperer, part detective—with a knack for asking the right follow-up questions to get to the heart of what clients need.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the charge on HCM implementation projects from kickoff to go-live—keeping timelines tight and communication flowing.
Collaborate with HR teams, IT folks, vendors, and end users to bring solutions to life that make work easier.
Configure and enhance HCM platforms to support core HR functions like onboarding, payroll, benefits, talent, and timekeeping.
Spot inefficiencies like a hawk—then swoop in to automate, streamline, and simplify.
Act as the go-to guide for clients navigating their HCM journeys—whether it’s troubleshooting issues, training users, or rolling out new features.
Keep an eye on system health, data quality, and compliance alignment (FLSA, FMLA, ACA—you know the drill).
Lead change management efforts so new tools and processes stick—not just land.
Stay curious and current on the ever-evolving HCM landscape (because it never sits still, and neither do you).
What You Bring to the Table
You’ve rolled up your sleeves with any HCM platform—ADP, Workday, UKG, Paylocity—you name it. The more, the merrier.
You’re not just checking boxes—you get stuff done. Project management experience is a big plus.
You know HR compliance and data integrity aren’t just buzzwords—they’re your jam.
You’re a problem-solver and people-connector, fluent in turning chaos into clarity.
You’ve got listening superpowers, you ask great follow-up questions and peel back the layers to get to what really matters.
You collaborate like a pro but can also run solo when needed.
Bonus Points If You…
Have experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.
Can translate "tech speak" into plain English that helps clients feel confident.
Approach HCM design with inclusion, equity, and user experience in mind.
